Tulum, Mexico is about 35-45 minutes south of Akumal – and about 2 hours south of Cancun. It’s beautiful. Here is a little Akumal snapshot – we’re staying about 100km south of Cancun in Quintana Roo, Mexico. The town is small, yet has a lot of personality.
