Recipe: Chocolate Valentine’s Day Cookies
Chocolate Valentine’s Day cookies are here – just in time to celebrate this weekend. These gluten free chocolate cookies are rolled in festive pink sprinkles to show the love. Okay, let’s bake up!
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup of salted butter
- 1/4 cup of white sugar
- 1/2 cup of brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla
- 1/3 cup of coco powder
- 1 cup of gluten free flour
- 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt

First, gather all of your ingredients and then cream the sugars and butter together. Set the oven to 350 degrees.
Add in the egg and vanilla. While that’s mixing, sift the coco powder, flour, baking soda and salt together. Then mix in with the creamed sugars.
Mix well. Roll into 1 inch balls and then roll in sprinkles.
Lay out on a parchment lined baking sheet and bake for 9-11 minutes.
This recipe makes about 16 -20 cookies, depending on how big you roll them.
