Recipe: Easter Cake Mix Cookie Cake

Easter is less than 2 weeks away – what does that mean? Time for Easter treats! Let’s bake up this Easter cake mix cookie cake.

Ingredients

• white cake mix box
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 cup of canola oil
• 6 vanilla girl guide cookies
• 2/3 cup of pastel peanut m&ms

First – get all your ingredients together and mix the first 3 in a large bowl.

Next – chop up your girl guide cookies into 4-6 pieces. Mix in 2/3s of the cookie chunks.

Mix in just over half of the m&ms and then spoon it into a well buttered pie dish. Then, press in the remaining cookie chunks and m&ms.

Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes…until the edges are golden brown.

Let it cool for about 45 minutes to an hour.

Cut and eat!
