Recipe: Easy Apple Sauce

Easy Apple Sauce: 3ten.ca

Easy apple sauce recipe – it’s fall and it’s time to pick apples off our apple tree. That’s right – we have an apple tree. This is an easy apple recipe – only 4 ingredients, two of which are water and salt. Okay, let’s get started!

Ingredients

  • 8 apples
  • 1/4 cup of water
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt

First, wash, peel and core your apples.

Oh, and you might want to double or triple this recipe. I made only one batch and my adorable husband asked if there was more after we ate it. Sorry, babe – that’s it. I felt so bad, so I made a second batch (and tripled the recipe) the very next day.

Chop the apples up – I’ve made this twice and the second time I just left the apples in quarters, it worked well. Don’t waste your time chopping them into small pieces.
