Ingredients

  • a cup of peanut butter (smooth or crunchy)
  • an egg
  • 1 cup of sugar (and 1/2 a cup to roll)
  • 1/2 of dark chocolate chips (you can use milk if you like)
  • 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla

Once you’ve got all of your ingredients together, mix them in a large bowl – ensure it’s all mixed well.

Roll the cookie mixture into 1 inch balls – then roll in a little bowl of sugar. Then, put on a baking sheet and push flat a bit.

Bake at 350 degrees for 8 minutes – then let them cool.

Once they cool, eat up.
