Recipe: Granola Nut Berry Breakfast Bowl
Granola nut berry breakfast bowl. This breakfast bowl is hearty and full of texture. A bit different from the berry breakfast bowl, in that this recipe has more nuts and seeds. Eat this recipe when you need longer lasting energy, like on a long work day or on a day when you have a lot of errands.
Ingredients
- about 1/2 cup of greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup of blueberries and raspberries
- 1/4 cup of flax seeds, coconut, granola and almonds
This recipe makes 2-3 bowls.
First – gather your ingredients.
Something I like to do, so it makes prep a bit easier, is when I buy berries at the store I wash them and store them separately in the fridge. Washing the berries in a 4:1 ratio of water to white vinegar will kill any spores and bugs – then rinse well and store in a bowl, uncovered. They’ll be ready to go for all of the berry breakfast bowls you can think up!
Mix all of the ingredients.
Done. Time to eat up.
Happy Friday! You made it to the weekend. Sweetness.
Are you ready for spring? I’ve been spending the week spring cleaning both inside and out…time to tackle the closet and donate the ‘no-wear’ items. I hope the sun is bright and shinning where you are. Thanks for visiting!
