Remember when it was a special day if you got pancakes or bacon (turkey bacon, in this case)…well, today must be a special day! Here, in our house, getting cereal is a special day…we’re all about a hot breakfast. It’s time for homemade pancakes and bacon.

Last summer I shared with you a homemade pancake recipe, yet I only made waffles with it. Today, pancakes!

Ingredients

Mix well – no clumps and get your pan (lightly oiled) nice and hot – around a 7 or 8 on the dial.
