Recipe: Pink Valentine’s Day Cookies

Pink Cookies! Valentine’s Day is right around the corner and these cookies are the perfect little treat. Time to bake up!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of salted butter
  • 1/4 cup of brown and white sugar
  • an egg
  • teaspoon of vanilla
  • 3/4 cup of flour
  • 1/4 cup of cake flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
  • teaspoon of corn starch
  • about teaspoon of fuchsia food gel

First – gather all of your ingredients and get your mixer ready.

Cream the butter and sugars. Then add in the egg and vanilla. Next, add in the dry ingredients and mix well. Once the ingredients are mixed, add in a bit of the gel food colouring. Mix well.

Add in the white chocolate chips.

Spoon out the batter into one inch balls – bake at 350 for 9-11 minutes. Cool and plate.
