Travel: Dublin Lunch Eats

Dublin lunch eats! So, one of the top finds we had on this trip, as far as lunch eats go, was a Mexican restaurant being closed on the day we were looking to visit. As such, it led us to find a backup, and we stumbled onto a Mucho Burrito or Chipotle-like chain, yet way better, and they have them all across Ireland and Northern Ireland. Okay, let’s check out our foodie finds.

• Boojum is a must, if you like Mexican and are a student – we got such a deal!
• Goose on the Loose is also such a sweet place – full of gluten-free eats.
• Tesco Express is also great for snacks, drinks, and a quick bite if you’re in a rush.

Okay – onward to Boojum. Check this place out.

You can get a burrito or a bowl. Now, since I’m gluten-free, I get a bowl. It was funny since I go first when Bryce and I are in line, and the person in front of me got a burrito, so Bryce got to see firsthand how much went into both. My bowl was about 30% bigger than the burrito. As such, he opted for a bowl, too. No way I could finish mine, yet it was so good. Hot honey chicken, if you’re trying to decide!

This place was so busy – it was a Friday at lunch – so perhaps the ‘forget your lunch Friday’ was in full-swing, yet either way, it was popular.

Up next, Goose on the Loose was good, too. Our food looks boring, since we both got crepes (yes, gluten-free, ta-boot!), yet it was good.

I had the tuna and corn – it was tasty.

If we went back to Goose on the Loose, we’d both get something sweet. Everyone else seemed to get either something with chocolate or strawberries and were were jealous!

I suppose you could get both if you were hungry, or share!
