Kale Chips – have you ever had Kale? It’s a complete Super Food, for sure. I dislike it raw (far to fibrous) so cooking it like chips is a little treat. Pumpkin Pie – a Thanksgiving staple…it reminds me of fall and home. This is my first time trying out my pumpkin pie recipe. It’s a little on the spicy side, not overly sweet, yet the perfect way to end a fall feast. Buying fabric in Canada can be limiting at times. Very few stores and very few different products.
