Recipe: Cream Cheese Chicken
Cream cheese chicken. This recipe is easy – just dump and bake. I make this cream cheese chicken in my slower cooker and eat it over spaghetti squash, but you could eat it over pasta, mashed potatoes or on garlic bread.
Ingredients
- 8oz of cream cheese
- 1 pound of chicken breast
- 650ml of tomato sauce
First, get our your slow cooker. As you can see, I’ve got my spaghetti squash ready, too!
Next, dump in all the ingredients and cook on low for 6-7 hours. Stir once or twice during that time.
Get your vessel prepped – for me, it’s squash.
Then, eat over pasta, potatoes, in tacos or like me and eat with squash.
Oh, and I topped off this cream cheese chicken with a bit of basil – just dried, yet it still adds a bit of freshness. This hearty meal will warm you to the bones. Plus, it’s rich and tasty – and delicious as leftovers.
If you have leftover chicken, eat it in a wrap or on a bun – makes for a delicious lunch, even cold.
Thanks for visiting and I’ll see you again this weekend for a sweet treat.
