Wedge Salad – a steakhouse classic!

The first time I ever came across the wedge salad was when my husband and I were living in Dallas, Texas. Steakhouse capital of the world!

This salad is simple, fresh, and totally delicious.

Ingredients

  • Head of lettuce – cut in 4
  • 3 tomatoes – seeded and diced
  • Blue cheese – crumbled
  • Turkey bacon – diced
  • Blue cheese dressing – and lots of it!

First – get your tomatoes ready.

Now – get your bacon in the pan. Since it’s turkey bacon, it needs a bit of oil (some fat) to get it crispy.
