Recipe: Yogurt Bark
Spring is here – you need a new frozen treat! Yogurt bark is it! It’s quick, easy, and best of all – good for you!
Ingredients
- 2 cups of greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup of nuts – I used cashews and pepitas
- 2 tablespoons of baking m&ms
- parchment paper
First – gather all of your ingredients and mix them together (minus a few nuts and m&ms).
Now, lay out the parchment paper on a plate and pour out the yogurt mixture. Spread out the mixture so it’s even.
Put the remaining nuts and m&ms on top. Freeze for about 5 hours.
Take it out of the freezer and cut into 6-8 pieces.
Put in individual freezer bags and save for later or eat right away!
Enjoy!
It’s weekend time…whoo hoo!
