Who doesn’t love deviled eggs? When I bring them to a party or a potluck they are always gone so quickly. I’ve made traditional deviled eggs and also avocado deviled eggs. This time, I added some heat and bacon.

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs, hard boiled
  • 1 – 1/2 tablespoons of Hellmann’s mayo (anything else is too sweet)
  • teaspoon of finely diced jalapeño
  • 2 stripes of turkey bacon cooked and chopped

First – gather all of your ingredients. I only made 2 eggs for me, for lunch. Want to make 10 eggs, or 12 eggs? Just adjust the recipe accordingly.

Put all of the ingredients in a bowl – mix well. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Stuff the eggs neatly. Done!
