Recipe: Berry Pineapple Juice
My favourite! The berry pineapple juice – it even has cilantro in it. So fresh, so good, and flat out pure healthy food.
Ingredients
- blueberries, 1 cup
- raspberries, 1 cup
- 1/2 a pineapple
- 1/4 bunch of cilantro
Don’t the ingredients look amazingly fresh? Energizing.
So – what is go good about this juice? The pineapple aids in digestion and is rich in iron, vitamin C, and potassium. The cilantro also aids in digestion and helps you expel water. The blueberries and raspberries are antioxidants and boost your immunity system as well as promote healthy skin. Sounds good, right?
Even the inside of the juicer looks good.
Just like that the juice is gone. I think this berry pineapple juice is one of my favourites. It’s that good.
