Recipe: Crunchy Rainbow Cookies
Crunchy rainbow cookies. These cookies are the product the rainbow cookie jars. They are so crunchy, so tasty, and great for dipping in milk. Does anyone do that anymore? I think people do, they just might not admit it, that’s all. Okay – time to get these in the oven, so let’s get baking these crunchy rainbow cookies.
Ingredients

- 2 tablespoons of water
First thing, set your oven to 375. Get out a pan and line it with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat. Then, mix all of the ingredients in the jar (or 1 1/2 cups of cookie dough mix from bulk barn and 2 tablespoons of chocolate rainbow candies, also from bulk barn) and 2 tablespoons of water.
Mix until a stiff dough is formed.
Then, roll out in to 1 inch balls and press flat on pan. Bake for 8-12 minutes.
If you’re looking for soft and chewy cookies, these are not for you. These are the crunchy, hurt the top of your mouth crunchy that have you asking for a glass of milk. They’re delicious, yet disappointing if you’re looking for soft and chewy.
