Recipe: Eight Freezer Meals
Eight Freezer Meals
Total bonus – they’re all gluten free!
About 2 months ago I prepped all of these meals, and as you can see, many of them can be turned into tacos. We love Mexican food.
It took me about an hour to shop for these meals and then about 90 minutes to prep. We have one day a week, usually on nights, when things got just too busy to cook and they are perfect. We just pull them out in the morning and plug in the crockpot, or there are a few which can be cooked last minute on the stove top.
One tip on freezer meals, you need to use them! Sometimes I find myself thinking ‘no, no – not yet!’ Ah, yes. Use it up and eat that delicious food you prepped.
Okay, let’s check out these eight freezer meals.

These are quick and easy – cooking up in the pan in just 20 minutes.
