Recipe: Gluten Free Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies
This recipe is 100% gluten free – and you most likely already have all 5 ingredients in your house! Try these gluten free peanut butter chocolate chip cookies today.
Ingredients
- a cup of peanut butter (smooth or crunchy)
- an egg
- 1 cup of sugar (and 1/2 a cup to roll)
- 1/2 of dark chocolate chips (you can use milk if you like)
- 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla
Once you’ve got all of your ingredients together, mix them in a large bowl – ensure it’s all mixed well.
Roll the cookie mixture into 1 inch balls – then roll in a little bowl of sugar. Then, put on a baking sheet and push flat a bit.
Bake at 350 degrees for 8 minutes – then let them cool.
Once they cool, eat up.
Makes about 20-24 cookies – enjoy this gluten free treat.
