Parmesan Fries. That’s right – it’s time for fries. Tasty parmesan fries! These are a definite make again, according to my husband. He knows what he likes and when an item is a hit, it’s a definite make again. Well, here I share this quick and easy recipe with you. Okay, let’s get cooking.

Ingredients

  • 4 large russet potatoes – cut in wedges
  • 5 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons of salt, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 a cup of grated parmesan – use the good stuff
  • fresh parsley for garnish

Okay, first set your oven to 375 and get out a pan. Use a silicon mat or parchment paper to line the pan.

In a large bowl toss in the potato wedges and oil. Mix until evenly coated.

Then, mix together the salt, garlic and seasoning.

Sprinkle the seasoning mix on the fries and coat well.

Next, add the cheese – you want the fries to be evenly coated.

Arrange them on the pan skin side down and try not to let them touch.
